Oil & Gas Law
We represent both individual landowners and groups of landowners relative to various aspects of oil & gas law, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Reviewing and negotiating oil & gas lease and/or acquisition documents
  • Reviewing existing lease(s) to determine a landowner's rights with respect to the Marcellus and Utica shale plays
  • Reviewing title documents to decide whether landowners currently own any of the mineral rights relative to their property
  • Advising landowners on utilizing statutory procedures to potentially eliminate old and/or dormant oil & gas leases

Construction Law
We represent owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers relative to both private and public construction law issues. Our available services in this area include, but are not limited to:

  • The review, drafting, and/or negotiation of agreements between and amongst owners, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Assisting contractors in complying with the requirements to be recognized as a female or minority owned business
  • Advice on compliance with and/or assertion of claims under mechanics liens statutes
  • Advice on compliance with and/or assertion of claims under construction agreements and related statutes
  • Advice on rights available under construction laws such as Ohio's Prompt Pay Act

Condominium Law
We provide services to both developers and owners in a wide array of matters pertaining to condominium law. Our assistance typically includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:

  • Interpretation of requirements under governing state condominium statutes

Industrial Photo Homeowner and Condominium Association Representation
